Menu for love

  • Champagne- white & red wine – Pisco sour – Beer – Soft drinks – Iced tea – Natural fruit juices
  • Trays with meat carpaccio antipastos, smoked salmón, mozzarella skewers – marinated tomatoes & arugula, cascada de las ánimas sushi, marinated goat cheeses, brie cheese.
  • Equatorian shrimp pots, sauteed in coconut milk
  • Breaded shrimp skewers in sweet-sour sauce

DINNER BUFFET

  • Steak
  • Salmon papillot, marinated in butter & herbs
  • Oven baked quinoa pie
  • Potato millefeuille with butter and fine herbs
  • Warm corn salad with roquefort cheese
  • Pesto tomato salad with mozzarella cheese
  • Green salad with laminated, smoked salmon
  • Each table also includes delicious homebaked breads with roquefort, oyster & pebre dips

Adding tapaditos during the party will be charged an extra $ 1.000 per person
