Itinerary

10:00 hrs Arrival:
Recpetion in the Spa Zone with a natural juice or herbal tea.
Brief session of relaxation, breathing and meditation. Quartz bed

10:30 hrs:
Decontracting / relaxation massage for 1 1/2 hours.

12:00 hrs:
Waterfall Walk (optional)

12:00 hrs:
Lunch

15:00 hrs:
Afternoon at the Swimming Pool (until 19:00)
Only during Summer season (November – March)

16:30 hrs:
Reflexology 1/2 hour

17:00 hrs:
Manicure or Pedicure

18:00 hrs:
Jacuzzi / Hot Tub

  * During the low season from Monday to Thursday an alternative menu is served in our Cafeteria La Huertita: Entrance (Vegetable salad / Soup), Fondo (Suggestion of the day) and Dessert (Roasted milk / Apple crumble with vanilla ice cream / Kuchen of the day)
